The 2015 Accord has refined Honda's already enviable design and interior and added a handful of high-tech safety options that make it worth considering for your next sedan.
The Car Connectioncalls the sensible and affordable Accord a delight to drive with its responsive steering and smooth ride. The 2.4-liter 4-cylinder engine puts out a peppy 185 horsepower, while the 3.5-liter V6 delivers a comparable 189 hp. Both are strong and fuel efficient, with the four-cylinder getting 27 mpg in the city and 36 on the highway and 21 mpg city/34 mpg highway with the V6.
It may look compact from the outside, but Honda has capitalized on every cubic inch of space in the interior. The 2015 Accord’s cabin is comfortable, spacious, and luxurious. Large windows allow visibility for both the driver and passengers.
Consumers can upgrade to the Accord’s safety package which includes Adaptive Cruise Control and Forward Collision Warning. For changing lanes on the highway, there's the LaneWatch Blind Spot Display feature which shows a wide view image on the touchscreen from the passenger side of the Accord whenever you flick on your turn signal.
Other convenient features include 16-inch alloys, Bluetooth pairing, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a rearview camera. You can use the 8-inch i-Mid display for SMS, Pandora radio, and navigation.
