Who in Europe loves the new Ford Mustang the most?
Is your first thought Germany? After all, they have the autobahn highways and love to go fast, right?
Or maybe you’re thinking Britain. Because some of the most famed sports cars in history are British-made, so they obviously know a fantastic sports car like the Mustang when they see one.
While the new Ford Mustang – released in Europe last year – is quite popular in both of these regions, more of them were sold proportionally in Belgium than any other European nation!
Thus far, Europeans purchased more than 21,000 new Mustangs with more than half accounted for in Germany, Britain and Belgium. And 1,600 of those were purchased in Belgium – calculating out to one Mustang for every 4,693 drivers in the country – proportionally much more than Germany or Britain.
Drivers in Germany purchased 7,281 Mustangs so far, which comes out to one for every 7,700 drivers. And in Britain, 4,761 Mustangs have new homes, calculating to one for every 7,743 drivers.
So, while Belgium falls forth in number of cars actually purchased (France is third with sales of 2,126), proportionally, more Belgium drivers own a new Ford Mustang than drivers in any other European country. Clearly, Belgium car enthusiasts know a great car when they see one!
And you can get your very own new Ford Mustang in the U.S. of course – right here from Sound Ford!
